Changes:
- Helptickets are now user bound!
- Created reward links system

Bug fixes:
- no longer possible to reply on messages from dead people

Changes:
- New honor shop feature within Questing (start spending your honor now!)
- Improved gathering profession upgrade skill functionality within workplaces
- Cannot accidentally buy work licenses when you don't have the profession any more

Bug fixes:
- Item with wrong rarity
- Workplace with wrong professions
