Changes:
- empires can now start tournaments through city management
- jewelcrafting and jewelry improving now available
- you can now sacrifice items at the chapel (or upgraded versions)
- user bound titles and remaining VIP status now gets transfered to your new character
- characters created during the first months get a unique userbound title
