Changes:
- Added the ability to post news to facebook
- Added the ability to comment on news
- Given facebook news, topic & user likes a better picture
- Added the ability to post events to facebook
- Empire forum management (for people with rights)
- Added functionality to the moat building
- Added icons for city menu (2 hours of intense photoshopping)
