Changes:
- Added building placeholders
- Added new duration display function
- Added admin documentation file viewer
- Added banning code
- Added guest account

Bug fixes:
- Creating new tickets wasn't working
- Low resolution and alot of buildings problem
- Money and skill char creation bonuses

Tweaks:
- Blocked multiple logins on 1 account
