Changes:

- Switch leadership raids groups fixed
- Sending invites for invite-only raid group fixed
- sacrificing items now actually remoes them from inventory
- fixed raid member list, invite list, join requests list
- fixed raid inviting, accepting, declining, etc.
- dead peoples buddylist will now be cleared
- conversations now have 6 messages per page
- fixed where after getting and spending resource it was impossible to get them again
- fixed strange issue that an arena battle took endlessly
