Changes:

- Set all food resources
- Pets can now be vegan, omnivore and carnivore.
- added 10 achievements (total 172) and 9 titles (total 102)

- bugfix starting tournaments for empires
- empire leaders now get the 'leader' title
- family and friends get notified when person dies
