Just to further add some comments regarding this suggestion!
It is not as simple as adding a chat box like currently!,
We would also need to add Leader punishment options for people who do not follow the rules and Luuk will also need to have some control over all the empire chat to monitor conversations within...
Basically it takes a lot of planning to introduce something that on the face of it actually seems a simple addition.
