I have a suggestion regarding Skill Points
I have notice each rank from 0 to 22
it same skills points
what if from
Rank 0 to Rank 10 250 skill points
Rank 11 to Rank 20 1500 skill points
Rank 21 to Rank 28 2200 skill points

I suppose getting more skill points, will make sure you can level more skills. This can give you more tactical possibilities.
If I am for or against though, I am not quite sure.

I think this is a good idea but I have an addition to it
I think it would be better if there is something like a skilltree unlocking different kind of skills.
And if you pick something like offence you can train many more offence skills and fully build that skill tree.
But when you pick that skilltree you cant train stuff that is inside the defence tree (not the best defence skills anyways).
It should also work the other way around.
This way you have totally different accounts (skillbased wise) but you can still be the same leveled.
Also I think it will be more fun to train your account (skillbased wise) in a specific way that suits your playstyle more.
With this addition I think that people will train their acount more to the complete treir playstyle
